Warsaw Spire wins Architectural Design of the year in Poland

Warsaw Spire, developed by Ghelamco, won in the category"Architectural design of the year, Poland" in Eurobuild Awards competition.

During the Eurobuild Awards, a prestigious event for the real estate market in Poland, live voting for the "Architectural design of the year, Poland" took place under the guests. 650 Real estate, finance and consulting industry representatives were present on the 8th of December, 2011. 

The winning Warsaw Spire is a unique business complex developed by Ghelamco in the centre of Warsaw. The construction of the three buildings, including a 220m high tower and two 55m high side buildings, has commenced mid-2011.
